At Mindset Female Wellness and Fitness we focus on strengthening and conditioning the body and, in turn, the client’s attitude and MINDSET will be changed.  Exercise can be perceived as a chore. Something one has to do but doesn’t enjoy. One’s MINDSET needs to change to see physical results. When you put your mind to it, you will feel better not only physically but emotionally and psychologically as well.  

The founder and president of Mindset Female Fitness and Wellness, Jessica Gerlock, is living proof of how one’s mindset needs to change to see results. In her case, she transformed her body and lost over 100 lbs. through hard work and determination, and changes to her diet.  She has changed her lifestyle to include a regular exercise regiment as a big part of it.  She has inspired many to do the same. It is her goal to help those adapt a healthier MINDSET and lifestyle and get the physical results all at the same time.
